One-touch smart butler control, motorized lifting clothes racks, and millimeter-wave radar systems monitoring elderly health indicators… On July 21, the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development opened to the public a high-quality future living space experience center known as "Smart Home". Located on the first floor of the department's office building, the experience center takes the form of a model apartment comparable in size to a two-bedroom, one-living-room unit. Although covering just over 80 m², it brings together a range of new technologies and equipment spanning design, construction, and interior decoration. As soon as visitors enter the government building, they are immersed in a glimpse of future smart living enabled by technological innovation.

On the same day, ten families served as the first group of experience participants, taking the lead in visiting the experience center. Upon entering, they immediately experienced the entirely new residential concept of an "Ideal Home". From the bedroom and the combined living-dining area to the walk-in closet, every functional space was infused with a strong sense of technology, while the visual quality and comfort of each area reflected the impressive professional standards of design and construction. In the first half of the year, after receiving the assignment for the exhibition hall's wood finishes, wall panels, and soft furnishing arrangement, Gold Mantis took immediate action. The company's First Branch and Soft Furnishing Art Division quickly coordinated with the exhibition hall's design team. Throughout the entire process, from on-site inspection and measurement to ordering and installation, they proactively delivered services with the professionalism and sense of responsibility expected of a corporate representative, earning commendation from the exhibition hall's supervising leadership. Ordinarily, a single piece of furniture requires at least 45 days from detailed design development to final production.
