To comprehensively enhance the quality and safety standards of large-scale public building decoration projects and to promote the high-quality development of the city's construction industry, Suzhou successfully held the Large-scale Public Building Decoration Project Quality Control Observation and Exchange Conference on November 28, 2025. The conference was guided by the Suzhou Municipal Bureau of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, co-organized by the Suzhou Industrial Park Planning and Construction Committee, and organized by Suzhou Gold Mantis Construction Decoration Co., Ltd. Participants included heads of municipal quality supervision authorities and representatives of units involved in ongoing construction projects across the city.

At the beginning of the event, all participants viewed a themed video entitled Key Points of Quality Control for Large-scale Public Building Decoration Projects, through which they systematically studied critical stages and common issues in decoration works, laying a solid theoretical foundation for subsequent practical application.

Subsequently, Zhai Heng, President of Suzhou Gold Mantis Construction Decoration Co., Ltd., delivered a speech as a representative of construction enterprises. He shared the company's practical experience and innovative approache in quality management for decoration projects, demonstrating the industry leader's steadfast commitment to high-quality engineering.

During the "Engineering Quality and Safety Lecture" session, the Engineering Project Management Center of Gold Mantis delivered a professional presentation on quality and safety control measures for large-scale public building decoration projects. The presentation was comprehensive in content and highly practical, providing valuable guidance and reference for on-site project management.

Finally, participants proceeded to the project site for on-site observation. Through interactive discussions and field inspections, they further deepened their understanding of key quality control requirements, achieving close integration of theory and practice.

By integrating video-based learning, experience sharing, leadership addresses, expert lectures, and on-site observation, the conference established an efficient and pragmatic learning and exchange platform for Suzhou's construction industry, and is expected to play a positive role in advancing the quality and safety control standards of large-scale public building decoration projects across the city.
