Recently, the Safety Management Center of Gold Mantis Construction Management, in collaboration with the Directly Affiliated Engineering Division I and the South China Business Division, conducted specialized safety training for the Jiangsu-Zhejiang-Shanghai region at the Phase II project of Suzhou Dushu Lake Hospital. The event invited representatives from the client and supervision teams, along with project managers, foremen, and workers from ongoing projects across the region, totaling over 230 participants.

Centered on the theme "Everyone Manages Safety, Everyone Knows Emergency Response", the training employed a "lecture + interaction + hands-on practice" model. It systematically covered six modules: electrical safety regulations, accident case warnings, fire extinguisher practice, work injury prevention, CPR and AED emergency response, and simulated fall protection experiences. Nearly 200 participants engaged in hands-on fire extinguisher practice, fall-prevention safety net exercises, and emergency first aid drills.

During the training, division heads, project managers, and safety supervisors collectively pledged to strengthen the implementation of safety responsibilities, embedding "safety first" throughout the entire project management process. The client and supervising parties highly commended the training's effectiveness, noting that the hands-on drills significantly enhanced the entire team's risk prevention capabilities. Safety awareness remains ever-present, fortifying safety defenses. This year, Gold Mantis will organize regular regional practical safety training sessions to comprehensively enhance the safety awareness, knowledge, and skills of project management personnel and crew members. Through systematic training and practical drills, the company will further strengthen on-site safety management, reduce accident risks, and ensure the effective implementation of safety protocols.
